Very strange customer service of BB.
Order 1: very nice fresh veggies. All frozen items at room temperature delivered. So appreciated veggies, complained abt frozen/refrigerated items. They apologised and gave refund. I was surprised but thought mayb its company policy and they are genuinely sorry.
Order 2: some veggies defective and frozen items again sent at room temperature. Ofcourse i complained. They called and apologized, said you choose evening slot to hv frozen items picked and delivered immediately. Without my asking again, their executives offered refund. I was surprised but was also impressed that india was changing and ready to compete the world leading companies. Mayb after living overseas for much time, whn i returned to india, i accepted this service, but yet told them tht i donot want refund, i want better quality goods, why would i wish for refund. I need ordered goods in proper condition. They said they will take feedback.
Order 3: 70% veggies not upto quality. I was frustrated. I complained and said, please take your goods back, i am done with BB. Their team said, we will escalate the matter and will b contacted soon. Next day my account is deactivated. I try to contact they say, we hv no idea why it just says you violated BB policy so ur account is closed. I was shocked, first of all no clue what went wrong and after 3 weeks plus of chasing them to find, all they hv to say is your claims r false and we cannot serve u. How unapologetic of them. Did i ever ask for a refund..NO.. did i say give me my money back. NO. Then what terms did i violate? Grievances officer too said i agree with my team. Wow…
Looks like i was wrong in concluding india has changed. We still have a long way to go…
