Dear Sir/Madam
This is to bring to your kind information that I have booked my Air tickets from Guwahati to Patna through Travolook on 22nd May 2022 but while booking the tickets and after the amount of Rs 8102 got deducted and I received a call that due to operational issues my tickets were not booked and they claimed to refund my amount within 5-7 Working days.
Now it had been about 3 month and I am continuously following with them over phone and Emails but I didn’t received any positive response or reply from customer support mail and on call they say that the amount is Initiated and will be refunded soon in 3-4 days.
Kindly take the matter into your consideration.
