I have two orders from this site, I mention here one only. When I placed ny order they gave me order number only through text message.
For knowing actual delivery statys I checked my order in the website there they are showing order status is processing since last 5 days. They do not have their customer helpline number.
So finally I sent them 5 mails but its not delievered it means mail id also invalid. So I sent them messages from their website 4 to 5 times but they are not responding. They only allow prepaid payment so I paid it. I have attached snaposhot of my order.
