I am Priti pandey residence of Basti uttar pradesh India, as I have received a wrong product and I called to customer care but they told me that we will investigate the matter and after investigate the matter they passed and pic the product but after picking the product the customer care told me that we will refund you after we receive the product ,but after receiving the product they totally denied the refund.In the whole process never amazon had called me any time to ask any thing
I request you to pls refund my hard earned money as what I have is received is the same what I returned.
