I have applied for the cancellation of profit club card of big bazzar which was issued to me by taking 10000 Rs. from me out of which i could utilised Rs.1000. Then Bib bazzar stores closed, therefore i contact to the customer care and applied for refund of amount by sending them all the details required by the them on the mail provided. But after the cancellation of card, they have not refunded my amount of Rs.9000 balance. Please look into the matter as their customer care number is not reachable now and their mail inbox is also full. They have fradulently kept my money.
