I have taken profit club card of rs 10000 from big bazar. Where my account debit credit card with 10000 and enable rs 1000 per month up to 12 months. Due to closed of big bazar in my city balance amount rs.4000 remain in card and I am not able to redeem it big bazar not responding through mail.
