Hi Team,

Since Feb 2022, big bazar profit card balance can not be redeemed in any online or offline store. I have total 7,109 INR left in my big bazar profit club account.
Also, there is more than 350 balance left in my big bazar account which also comes under future pay and big bazar (different than BBPC balance).

Kindly refund the balance as soon as possible to my account. Let me know what are the detials you need to refund the balance.
