There was a balance of Rs. 5987.00 in the Big Bazaar wallet linked to 9448565195. Till recent days the balance was visible in Futurepay app. I had contacted the stores(presently acquired and being run by reliance)in this regard. They had replied to wait till Aug 14 2022. But, all of a sudden the wallet balance is not visible in the app. The customer care numbers and mail IDs are not responsive.
