Hi,
This is murugan, i bought some items at BB VIVIRA MALL STORE located at Vadapalani chennai, On 15th August they are given many offers like if purchase value 3000+ will be get 100rs cash back of next six months, and they are mentioned clearly individual product price as selling price and future pay price, in difference amount would be received cash back of all the customer same as not credited to me, and after two weeks i check with future pay/big bazaar/BB vivira store manager they are telling two offers not covered, understood well but they never inform any announcement or notice in the store, so how the customer knows about this.
Its clearly seems UNFAIR trade in the public without giving proper information they are doing and later they are telling some stupid reason.
One way is going online bribery here doing direct bribery from public. they are suppose to me proceed rs500+ cash back to my account. but they are cheated me..
I would like to take action against the BB VIVIRA store and who are failed to give proper announcement.
