Hi, My name is Rajesh. I took the Big Bazar profit card and was charged an amount of 10000/- for the same. We were told the store has been closed and we have not been able to use the profit card since then. Since the store has been closed and we are unable to use our own money anymore, we should be returned the appropriate amount back. Regards, Rajesh
