As we know Big Bazaar Pvt Ltd is taken over by Reliance Group, all the stores of former are nonoperational at this time. I opted for Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership in January’2022 by paying Rs. 10000/- and the same was refundable at any time to the extent of balance unused. I wish to refund my entire unused amount since I cannot avail the benefits of the membership. I visited one of the store in Saharaganj, Lucknow which is working with minimal operations as Smart Bazaar (under Reliance group) and employees there provided the customer care number & email (also available on internet) for pursuing the matter.

I suspect that the entire process was systematically planned to procure money from customers as membership fees prior to takeover of the company with the intention to forfeit it illegally. I found that there are several similar complaints from other customers too.
Kindly take necessary action regarding the same.
