I purchased 1 Big Bazaar shopping Profit Club Membership Card of amount Rs.10,000/-. I am unable to use that card.
They told me that the remaining amount will be refunded if not used. I emailed them for the same, and none of them are active emails.
Now Big Bazaar not responding to phone calls, and mail also bouncing.
