We have purchased 1 Big Bazaar shopping Profit Club Membership Card of amount Rs.10,000/-. As Big Bazaar is taken over by Reliance Group, we are not able to use this card for the last 6 months. Also, there was an option that if we don’t want to continue with that card, we would get our pay.
Now Big Bazaar not responding to phone calls, and mail also bouncing.

Even I have tried to Call and Email. Email bounced back and Call didnt go through. Can any one help in this regard?
