I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card (92263765009215) which have around Rs.9,749/- balance). I contacted the customer care and the phone numbers of all offices and the 1800-210-1818 are inactive. Right now I tried to contact them through mail care@futurepay.co.in and care@bigbazaar.com but it bounced back as inactive.
We have not received any instruction by mail, email or phone call on what is happening to our card balance.
I am asking for help in anyway for the refund of my card balance amount as earliest possible.
This is fraud and misuse of customer loyalty and funds.
