I bought this Big Bazaar Profit club card worth INR 10,000 in December 2021 and per the offer I could use it for 1000 each in next 12 months. But I could only use it 3 times and the stores closed without any notice. Now no-one is responding on emails or calls for the refund of remaining balance. I’m sure there would be thousands of other customers too who had been cheated by Future Group. Please help us getting our hard earned money refund.
