Text of Complaint by Kishor:

I had purchased prepared profit club card on 2nd January 2022 from Big Bazaar Rajajinagar Branch Bangalore. I have remaining balance of 11,000 Rs but without intination or a notice to customer big bazaar is closed now.
When visited nearest Big Bazaar i was told to send an email to there customer care, even after sending multiple emails there is not response as the email is not in use and customer care number are shutdown.

There are no proper instruction to a customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance or use them in other outlets.

So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Though there was a process of Reliance taking over FBB the FBB continued to promote Profit Club cards in there outlets.
You haven’t given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance which looks like a fraud and you are not reachable in anyways.

Customer put there hard earned money in there and FBB being such a renoun group and large customer base was not expected to do such things to customer who have been with the group and supporting it.

I hope this reached to the appropriate team and I would get a refund of my balance in Profit Club Card at the earliest.
