I bought this Big Bazaar Profit club card worth INR 10,000 in Januar 2022 and per the offer I could use it for 1000 each in next 12 months with an extra purchase worth Rs. 2000.But I could only use it 1 time and the stores closed without any notice. Now no-one is responding on emails or calls for the refund of remaining balance. I’m purposefully cheated by Future Group. Please help me getting our hard earned money refund.
