We had enrolled for BigBazaar Profit club card in December 2021 and In February 2022 big bazaar is permanently closed. Though the stores are now open under a different name, they are asking us to write an email to the customer service desk and there is no response. The amount Rs.10,000 paid must be refunded. Kindly help us in this regard.
