Hi sir,
I was actually cajoled into taking the big bazaar profit club card at Kalyan branch in Mumbai. I was reluctant but the salesperson spoke so much and got us the card promising so many offers and coupons. Half of the coupons did not work but I had the card so I thought I can at least use that. But a month or two after taking the card the Big Bazaar outlets stopped functioning and I could not use the money there. I have been trying to visit the stores but everytime they said it’s under renovation and will open soon. I had put my hard earned money into the card which I cannot use. I’m scared my 10000 Rs are all wasted. Please help me get the refund of my card I’m already going through financial crises due to my job loss. This has been a difficult time for me. Please help me get my refund.
