i have purchased a big bazaar profit club card with the amount of 10000 on 16/10/2021. Now Big bazaar closed all over India due to take over by Reliance group and now it has named Smart Bazaar. I have used my some amount of my profit club on different strech of time. Still 8027 rupees remaining and i want my hard earned money back from big bazaar through future retail group. Kindly help me.
