I have profit club cards no. 92242806959828 with deposited amount 10000/- for card, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores from Patna Exhibition Road. (Bihar).
That time i had contacted with customer support Bigbazaar(profit Club) as per customer care representative suggestion about dues payment of profit club card no [92242806959828] to credit into my bank a/c.no. 031980788378, Ifsc code. SBIN0001714, STATE BANK OF INDIA. I am also submitting attachment of my 1. Aadhaar copy, 2. profit Club card. But till date no any response received from future group, through future group mail id i.e.care@bigbazar.com, care@ezoneonline.in dated 22 April 2022 and customers support no.[1800 2662 255, 1800 2100 005, 1800 2100 088] now all customer support is not working or it has been closed.
Please help me out to get back my amount from future group.
