Me and my husband had both opened profit club accounts at Big Bazaar around December 2021. We both had around Rs. 7000 left in our Future pay accounts. But suddenly big bazaar closed its shop and it was turned into smart bazaar. But I was not worried since future pay was still there and I can get my money’s worth from there. But future pay made my future pay wallet empty without asking me. Now my total of Rs. 14000 hard earned money is nowhere to be seen.
I tried calling big bazaar and future pay on their customer care numbers. But those numbers are also fake.
Please do justice. Rs. 14000 doesn’t look like much to Big Bazaar and future Pay who has stolen lakhs of Rupees from people. But to me they mean a lot. They are my time in office. my time away from my kids and family. my going to work even when I am sick. So they mean much more that that. I will not let that go quietly.
I want my money back and an apology also.
