Hi,
I have bought 2 Big bazaar profit club card worth Rs.10000 each, from Big Bazaar’s Chinchwad,Pune store;however, due to merger of Big bazaar to Reliance, we are unable to use the remaining balance of 8000(4000*2) from both the cards ..
After multiple calls to Big Bazaar’s toll free number, redresal is not provided and cards are unused since February,2022.
Please do look into this !!
