I have been a BB customer for last 4 years ordering approximately once a week
I was shocked to receive a series of emails on Sunday 3rd Sept evening at about 5:45 pm stating that my open orders were summarily cancelled due to “unusual conflict ” my wallet balance of Rs 535 debited and I was logged out of the app without any communication whatsoever
When I tried to log in msg says ” Account does not exist” and repeated calls to CS also said they are unable to access my account and I should email CS to rectify the anomaly I have emailed CS 4 times but not got the courtesy of a response
