I placed an order in Big Basket on 15th May, 2022 and the amount was already paid through BBwallet. I waited for the order which was scheduled to be delivered within 30 mins. Upon checking at the time, I found the order was already delivered when I did not receive a single item and nobody tried to contact me. Also, the amount was debited by Big Basket like a thief and not even returned. What kind of service is Big Basket providing nowadays considering Shah Rukh Kahn as the brand face and well, it seems he is making money illegally through this app.
