Big Basket didn’t fulfilled the order on time and later they cancelled my order without taking consent from me. I placed some order on Big Basket for Lucknow location on August 06 to be deliver on Aug 07. Since on Aug07 Raksha Bandhan is there i ordered few things to be gifted to my sister as token of love. I selected 07:30-10:00pm slot for delivery and Big Basket people called me at 9:00pm saying that they can’t deliver the order today. Then I asked them to either deliver it today only or Provide me the service for for free by giving me my complete money back and deliver product tomorrow. Then they cancelled my order without taking my consent. They offered me 10% cash back but i said i want service for free or deliver it by today only. But they cancelled my order. Plz helm me Big Basket has hurt my sentiments and emotions. Finally I am in loss because of their mistake I didn’t able to gift anything to my sister on time. Call me on 8884344040
