Big basket cancelled my order stating operational issue .. they are suppose to credit the money to my source bank account.. it is more than 48 hrs and my money has not be credited to my bank account… when I asked them they are saying we have initiated, u check with your bank.. now for BB cancelling my order due their fault why should I as a customer roam around places to get my money back..highly irresponsible and money looting BB… NEED ACTION AGAINST THEM AND NEED MY MONEY BACK
