Text of Complaint by Deepak Verma:

Sir I paid my bill of electricity on date 22dec 2020 and then was showing payment 2050inr is pending after 2 days that was failed automatically.Nor I got my payment back to my account neither bill was paid successfully.
I talked to Bhim Upi customer service they told that payment will be returned to account till Monday 2nd of Jan 2021 but when I rang up to Bhim Upi they told that transaction was successful without giving any reference to me.
They told to me that confirm with my account branch.Today I went to Pnb branch to ask about my payment they said that they are not responsible for any payment dispute of Upi.
