I ported out from Airtel on 28.6.2019. On the time of port out my account was having Rs=150. I accordingly asked them via mail to refund the amount since it was pre paid number. I reply to my email they say that your number was post paid instead of prepaid and a bill of Rs. 1000 is pending against my number. I request the concerned authorities that it may be looked into since the Airtel people are looting it’s customers, moreover my refund may please be given to me.
