Dear Head of customer Experience service NCR,
Kindly attention Mr Nitin Grover
Spoken today dated 5th Mar 20211 with Ms Komal Thauhan from NCR Delhi with customer experience team,who was helpful during conversation but no resolution yet provided.
Informed Madam to convey message with mumbai Network team and Thane network team near my area to visit and conduct walk in survey and check the issue with soft ware and which tower is having issues and how solutions can be provided by ground team at site. Check reason for losses in bandwith drop cal drop, etc….
There has constantly been issue with call drop, one way communication and no response from one side etc… For the last six month at my area and location.
Even after writing reminder no action has taken place for the last six month last from Aug 2020. Call 59 times till date for the last six months.
Tried calling TRAI team still issues has not been resolved.
Share me the escaltion matrix and senior Management contact details.
Kindly call and revert.

Dear Aitel technical network team and customer service head,
There has been contionous call drop at The address I live on the 10th floor Acura E wing. Flat no 1007 Rustomjee Urbania Majiwada Thane 400601. At few patches area the signal is very very poor I need to come to my hall and speak for all call Earlier the range was good now a day during the covid 19 onward April 2020 there has been very poor signal and call drop in few patch area.
Need your immediate action and attention I have complaint to Airtel on 121 and 198 but issue still is not resolved.
