I had my bgv failed and was blocked. I approached the TL at Race Course branch in Coimbatore and raised this issue and he said he will look into it and get it activated in two days. But it is almost ten days and I cannot reach him. He doesn’t answer the call. When I visited again he was not there and still didn’t get any positive answer from anyone there.
