First of all it had not been expected from the franchise of such populous network in the country.
I’m a resident of Vijay Nagar,Kanpur-208005.
I had been betrayed by the local Airtel Store of area Shastri Nagar.
They at first tempted us with the scheme of Rs.825+400 for first month providing us 3 postpaid simcards with promising data speed of 120 mbps from that very day.
It has been 15 days that we aren’t able access internet even with speed of 100kbps.
And the agent of local store also committed to refund money if in case they are not able to serve us with their services,from which they are denying now!!
This is complete case of betrayal by Airtel Local Store.This was never expected from Airtel.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter.
