Betadesk digital services reached me for typing job i was just looking in timesjobs and other platform. 1200 forms needs to be completed in 12 days, they asked for all details like aadhar card, photo digital signature and contract was digitally signed by them through documents shared by me.
the forms are in such a way that space, comma, simicolon, I and L big and small letters almost look same b their screenshot through which we need to type.
we type of great difficulty each day 10 forms where we have spent our energy time, eyes will get strain and fingures all sort of physical pain we go through while typing their forms.
There website will be to slow once you cross 500 forms and submission and loadin saving will take lot of time.
After submission they have worst tool or system generated result shown up which captures and extra space as well and shows result as whole form is wrong .
They send this result by today 10am and 2pm they call and they say you have not filled proper forms so pay us bac 4999 or else you will face court lawyer there you have to pay 35000 so better pay 5k and save urself or we will see in court and they share some lawyer numbers etc.
They threaten to core and mental torture they make to the user. Consider if user doesnot have any money (for that only they hardly type things and submit ) they torture by sending messages .
So consider this there are so many complaints raised but still no action taken .
Mental physical, economically they torture the customer or user who applied for job.
