Text of Complaint by Meghadarshini:

1. I think there was a pending bill of Rs. 1379/- for the customer ID: 0464983281 in the name of D Nandita Nirmala Albert who is the owner of building
2. I was not in the office due to my delivery happened on 15/11/2023. (Birth certificate of my baby is attached herewith for your reference) due to which the payment must have been delayed.
3. Your team has removed the electric fuse without any information.
4. When i came to know the issue i immediately cleared the outstanding bill of Rs. 1379/- on 5/12/2023 (Payment details attached)
5. From 5/12/2023 I have raised multiple complaints with 1912 to restore the service. But no one is showing interest in restoring the connection
6. Your customer care team asked me to contact JE and I called JE more than 10-15 times. Only once he received it and asked me to send the Customer ID through whatsapp. I have sent the details but there is no response (I have attached the screenshots of the call details and whatsapp details)
7. Someone by Mr. revanna called me and promised to come and restore the connection. but when I called him again he literally abused me and told me he is busy.
