Order #bep342893 I want to share a harrowing experience I recently had with Belora Cosmetics, an online beauty retailer. I believe it’s crucial to shed light on this to protect fellow shoppers from falling victim to a similar ordeal.A few weeks ago, I ordered three lipsticks in the shade of Iranian Tea, Nude Mystery, Maroon Grapes and instead i received Mauve Plums, Caffeine High and Iranian Tea that too dry ones, I was shocked to discover that I had received entirely different products from what I had ordered. This was the first red flag.Naturally, I reached out to their customer service department, explaining the situation and providing them with proof of the incorrect items received. What followed was a series of emails from my end, seeking resolution, while Belora Cosmetics chose silence as their response strategy. They completely ghosted me, ignoring my pleas for assistance.And on top there is no contact number.This blatant lack of customer service is unacceptable and, in my opinion, amounts to nothing short of fraud. As consumers, we should be able to trust the businesses we buy from, especially when it comes to something as personal as skincare and cosmetics. Belora Cosmetics has demonstrated a severe disregard for its customers’ trust and satisfaction.I implore you all to think twice before considering Belora Cosmetics for your beauty needs. I have not only been subjected to subpar products but also to a company that doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve made a sale. It’s essential that we hold businesses accountable for such unethical practices.I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. Kindly refund my money or exchange with the ordered one they are still unused.
