Dear Sir/Madan
For the past 12-13 days I have been receiving emails, messages and whattsap messages to pay a due of Rs 2478 to Ola.
I wrote to them to tell me what this is about because whenever I’ve used Ola I’ve paid the driver upfront either through phonepe or through cash.
Someone from Ola called me asking for a CRN. I have no CRN to provide because I don’t know which ride thus due is for.
I told then this and they said they’ll check and revert I’ve had no call till now. Meanwhile I’m receiving these messages to pay which is frustrating and annoying.
I’ve written 2 or 3 emails to Ola support asking them to call me. There’s no response. Their phones don’t work.
I want to have this matter resolved. Either they clarify what this due is, or they atop sending me these messages.
Please would you let me know what you need from me to take this matter up.
