Respected Sir/mam,
There is complain about airtel company who torturing me since 8 months + 6 months, As once i hve lost my phone and re issued this number 9559592271 but the company issue this number as postpaid, after using this number as postpaid for 6 months after dat I hve decided to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid but when i visit to the nearest airtel store for converting this number they refuse to do for first time, when i visit the second time dey make excuse that system is not working, but however i hve to pay monthly charges, same procedure is still going and now its been 8 months nd they are not converting the number into prepaid, so why should i pay the bills i hve applied for prepaid nd dey r not doing it, i hve also made complain on twitter dey say only one thing that they are looking my problem.I have two options either to flush dat number or just do what company wants.
I have paid all the bills den also I’m unable to convert my number into prepaid.
They passed months nd dey r still looting me.
