I was order a safari luggage combo on 2nd April and it was support to deliver by 4th April, when I checked the status in the evening of April 4th it was showing that the delivery was rescheduled as per costume request. Hence i did not get any call from delivery guy for my delivery. I called Flipkart support to know about the status but till now they are also not giving proper information about my product.
My concern is if one is giving promise to deliver on 4th April why it was not delivered.
Without my concern how a delivery guy can reschedule my order.
Why Flipkart support guy not providing any proper information, not even allowing me to speak with senior support guy.
Is this how a E-com company providing service..
I am at Hyderabad (High-tech city) if am not getting on time delivery from Flipkart then how they are giving assurance that product will deliver in 4th April l.
Now April 5th evening still no information about my product delivery.
