I have received multiple messages and emails from simpl to pay amount for the transaction I never made. I thoroughly checked this and found out that the transaction was made on bigbasket site. Someone registered my mobile number there but I never received any OTP to login. Further, the address where the goods were delivered is of Mysore, where I have never been in my life. There is another mobile number associated with that address which is not mine. Also my email address was not mentioned on that account. Just because someone registered my mobile number by fraud, simpl is asking me to pay.

I never made that transaction neither did I ever opened the account.

Please rectify this at earliest. I have attached email ss for same.
