Text of Complaint by Neha Chaturvedi:

I visited the Airtel store of Brookfield with my brother and sister on a weekday to opt for a plan. We were very clear what we want and explained same to the staff too. The work took more than 3hrs and in between they left us saying that is the only option u can do and didn’t make changes as we want. Apart from not listening and doing correctly what we asked and came for, the behaviour was very horrible. BeingoBeing itwit a weekday weawe still came to store and they wasted our more than 4hr for no reason. In between of conversation all other staffs gathered and started shouting including manager of store. I left airtel earlier because of same issue and got agree to again join Airtel just because of my brother. Again I faced the same situation where customer is disrespected and misguided. They usually give half information and make you stuck at end. I am really disappointed with the Airtel one more time. Instead of customer friendly it looks more about snatching money from customer and giving no respect in return. They take money first and tell us that it will be adjusted in next bill and that doesn’t happen. Even if we keep calling nobody will answer. Airtel company should take a stand on it otherwise sooner it will lose all their customers.
