Hi,
I have return a diner set twice that I received damaged both times and asked for refund. It has been 2 months till now I did not receive my refund. The order was paid as COD.
when I called 1st time they said it will be refunded on my Amazon pay account. 2 weeks later called again they said hey issue Cheque… I refused check and wanted in Amazon pay they said within 10days the cheque will be canceled and refund will come on Amazon pay. After that unlimited calls to their customers service center and getting no resolution.
