I purchased a bag worth rupees 299 and the website is fake. Please help me get my money back

I wanna complaint the same because i have also purchased a bag worth rupees 299 . I even received a mail from them. I have ordered the bag on 16th. But i haven’t received anything. Even there is no page with the same name on fb. I am also having a screen shot of their order receiving.
I have also ordered 3 bags for ₹ 900 I haven’t receive any confirmation on the same.I also dropped email but response on that as well.
