Dear ma’am/sir. I have bought beatxp watch unbound curve. But display stopped working after three days. I made the complaint and they emailed me that the will revert within 48 hours. But I did not get any response yet from beatxp. Please help me

I have bought new beat xp unbound Neo smartwatch 5 months ago, after updating the smartwatch it stopped working and not turning on, I request to the beatxp customer support but they may not reply me and they wont take action. So please help me
