I had purchased Beats Studio buds on 24.09.22 with invoice date 25.09.22 vide invoice number #FAJH8F2300456810 with order id –
OD226089003302775000
I had received the product on 27.09.22 with 1 year warranty which Flipkart had promised.
After receiving I had checked the warranty and found that it is expiring before 1 month from the date of purchase. Also the right ear bud is not working so I raised a replacement on 27.09.2022 and got the new product on 1st Oct 2022
However the same issue with warrenty date is showing as 13th Oct 2022.
I went to authorised Apple service center and enquired about the same and came to know that the warranty is expiring before 1 month i.e; 13.10.22 from the date of purchase and they told me that they are not going to service my product after 13.10.22 under warranty.
Also the Apple support people asked me the invoice to update it from back end and in the Flipkart invoice they were not able to found the product serial number. Hence they are denying to change the warrenty date as it doesnt match with their purchase data.
I had raised a complaint in Flipkart and received many calls from customer care regarding the same and the issue is not resolved.I had noticed that the customer service executives were asking me to be in hold and disconnecting my call.
This happened many times with flipkart. They are frauds and doing illegal business with incorrect sellers.

Apple support has clearly explain the situation that it will try to update the warrenty date if it matches the purchase data along with valid invoice with serial number but flipkart doesnt provide it
