I have placed an order for Flipkart Perfect Homes Studio XXXL Digital Printed Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Multicolor) on 13-10-2022 and the order id is OD126252929428756000. The promised delivery date was 18-10-22. But product was not delivered on 18-10-22 and the delivery date is postponed frequently i.e. 22-10-22, then 25-10-22, then 30-10-22, then 06-11-22 and now it became 26-11-22.
I contacted the Flipkart Customer Care numerous times and everytime I got the readymade decorative reply “Thanks for being Flipkart Plus Member. I apologize for product being not delivered. It will be delivered on next working day”. Even I asked the customer care to escalate the issue but again everytime I got the same readymade reply that the senior officer was not available and the product cannot be cancelled. I Opened an issue in Flipkart, but after 24 hours the status will change to “Resolved” without giving any solution. Also I have sent an email to Flipkart Grievance Officer and I got the phone call that mattress would be delivered by 06-11-22. The incident ID is IN22110122194958590052.
I ordered the bean bag for my son as a Diwali gift. Now Diwali has gone and product was not delivered even after 3 weeks from the original delivery date and also unable to cancel.
I don’t think product will be delivered, because similar kind of issue had happened to lot of Flipkart Customers and it is available in the internet. These kind of issues happen only to the customer who buy the product which could not be cancelled. Flipkart get the customer money and hold it for few months and may be refunding the amount without delivering the product. So they make huge money by interest from the customer money. Also we need to sue Amitabh Bachan, Alia Bhatt, etc. for promoting a fraud company like Flipkart.
The product was not delivered as promised and also delivery has been postponed several times. So please cancel the above order and issue me the refund of Rs.2158 with interest @18% from 18.10.2022.
