i live in mumbai n i dont know y vodafone vi deducted 15 rupees for this Bcafe portal i want a refund n want action to be taken against them for cheating their consumers this bcafe portal is not even in mumbai so y would i take that service. please look into this and do something about telecom companies abusing their consumers
