Text of Complaint by Banshidhar Pandey:

had ordered a product on 04/06/2019 from BBDGQ online shopping link which I got in my facebook account.  Double amount had been deducted from my account and no product has been received till date. There has been no communication from their side. Pls update on the same at the earliest and also let me know about the refund procedure. I want to cancel the order and want my money back. Pls confirm.
