Text of Complaint by Biswadip Das:

I am writing to formally report a financial fraud and cybercrime committed against me by an individual operating the Instagram account @yejczkbparfimqn. This account is running a scam by offering in-game currency (UC for Battlegrounds Mobile India – BGMI) at highly discounted prices, which they later confessed is funded through illegal “carding” (stolen credit card) methods.
Transaction Details:
Fraudster’s Instagram Handle: @yejczkbparfimqn
Payment Method: UPI QR Code (BharatPe)
Merchant Name: KALU
Fraudster’s UPI ID: BHARATPE09907829014@yesbankltd
Initial Payment Amount: ₹99.00
Date of Transaction: March 20, 2026 (as per the receipt)
Description of the Incident:
False Advertising: The Instagram page advertised a promotional offer providing 450 BGMI UC for just ₹99. To establish false trust, they frequently post fabricated screenshots of “successful” customer transactions (e.g., “50000 UC loaded”, “12000 UC loaded”).
Hidden Charges & Extortion: After I scanned their provided BharatPe QR code and successfully paid the ₹99, the seller withheld the promised digital goods. Instead, they suddenly demanded an additional ₹179, claiming it was for “GST”—a fee that was never mentioned in their original posts or before the transaction.
Refusal of Refund & Confession of Illegal Activity: When I realized this was a trap and requested a refund, the seller blatantly refused. Furthermore, they disclosed that the UC they sell is obtained via “carding money” (illegally using stolen credit card details).
I was completely unaware of their illegal operations prior to this confession. I am filing this complaint to ensure this individual’s bank account/UPI ID is frozen, their Instagram page is investigated, and to formally distance myself from their illegal carding activities.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter, initiate a block on the mentioned UPI ID, and help me recover my stolen funds. I have attached the payment receipts, the scammer’s QR code, and screenshots of our chat history as proof.
