I had purchased The Black Store OriginaI GA40 Battety for Motorola Moto g4 Plus from amazon on 31th Oct. After one month battery is not working, my phone is getting switch off even though it is 50 % charged.I contacted to amazon for replacement/refund as battery has 3 month of warranty but they are saying I need to contact to seller. We can’t help. Amazon customer care had provide me seller Black Store contact 01613937059 which is belongs to https://www.blacks.co.uk/customer-care/contact-us and unable to call this number.
I also tried link provide by amazon to contact seller https://www.amazon.in/askseller?_encoding=UTF8&orderID=406-1839189-1937145&ref_=cfb_el_3p_cont&sellerID=A2F6ITPQMEU0EQ.
But seller is not responding.
