Respected sir

My name is Surendran. Purchased Access125 scooter from your company on 22/02/2022. The warranty was one year. On 22/02/2023 a year later and on 27/02/2023 the battery died. So replace the battery in the warranty. Or if you can’t exchange it, I have to go to consumer cell. Now the agency says that they will give the battery, it is Rs.1600 and they say 2 years warranty. Why don’t you give 2 years. At least 1 1/2 years warranty is requested. Anyway I am requesting to replace the battery with another one. This motorcycle has run only 8999 km. I am sending the screenshot of the 8999 KM scooter ride. Not even 10000 km, before that the battery died. There must be a solution to this. Now it starts after kick start. I’m not replacing the battery until you find a solution for this.
